i have already cried a few times over this darling boy turning 1 in a month and a half. i went through my pics and found a few of my favorites. i can't believe how much everett has grown over the past year, fastest year of my life! he is such an active, funny, happy baby boy and i love him more than anything.

california.... again!

back again! we headed to california for our pretty little niece millie's baby blessing. grayson joined us this time. we flew out on friday night and by the time we arrived at wayne and larene's house, 7 of the 8 grandchildren were there! wow what a crowd. they are so much fun all together! i love that the cousins love playing with each other. it will just continue to get even better the older they get! 

millie was blessed on saturday night in ashley's blessing dress and shoes, they were gorgeous! we had dinner after and got to chat with family and friends. everett has no fear these days and while sitting in a booster seat on the table while i was feeding him, dived off head first. luckily grayson caught him but he got a few bruises on his face... i know that it's normal for little boys to have cuts and scrapes and bruises... i'm just still trying to adjust to that! 

we went to the beach on monday, everett hasn't been since hawaii, and he loved it! he especially loved eating HANDFULS of sand. seriously, it was crazy. i of course had to document with a few pictures haha. when grayson came out of the water after surfing he put everett on his board. future ripper right there! i love watching my boys together. such a fun trip and it was hard to leave!

california girl's trip

a few weeks ago, while grayson and jake went to southern utah to go camping, everett and i went to california to hang out with the girls! it was my first time flying with a baby alone and it was super easy. so many people were sweet and helpful, carrying my bags and folding down my stroller, it was awesome! and everett is super friendly so he loved all the attention of course! the only thing i was worried about were the double ear infections that were full blown raging at the time... we found out about them the day before we left... but with a little medicine and antibiotics he was an angel.

we got to see adam and ashley's new house, it was beautiful! 

johnny and everett were LOVING each other! it was so cute to hear johnny talk to him and see everett's reactions, he was always smiling and laughing and making noises so that johnny would notice him and want to play. 

we did a whole lot of my favorite things, going to lunch and shopping! with larene, ashley, me, johnny, everett, and milly, it got a little crazy at times but it was such a blast!
